Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unworn clothing with original tags
  • Unworn shoes in original packaging
  • Accessories in original condition
  • Unopened beauty products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Opened beauty products
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and select the items to return
  4. Choose a reason for the return
  5. Print the prepaid return label
  6. Pack the items securely with the return label attached
  7. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at xinghongkeji2026@163.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost packages. Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
